I absolutely LOVE these cheesy potatoes . They are SUPER easy, and delicious.
Ingredients:
One 10.5 Ounce Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup (1 stick) Margarine or Butter
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
2 Cups Grated or Shredded Cheese
2 Pounds Frozen Hash Browns thawed (Cubed)
How to Make:
Preheat Oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, combine the soup, onion, melted butter, salt & pepper
Stir Well; Stir in Cheese and Potatoes
Place in a 9x13-inch dish and bake until bubbly. If you use the shredded hashbrowns, it takes around 30 minutes. If you use the cubed potatoes like I use, it takes around 45-60 minutes. I just keep checking until the potatoes aren't hard anymore.
